A great spot right by a brook that feeds the Wynoochee.
The cliff was great, and Clifford was able to make it up and down mostly on his own. We met some great people floating on the river and even took a swim in the freezing waters! We speculated they're bone chilling frost was from glacial melt, somewhere up on Mt. Olympus.f

The Canal House

Beautiful sunset sunrise over the reservoir at 6:00 a.m. when we move the bus over to the better spot. The rays feel good on my face.
The flies were terrible they were everywhere it made me feel like I was in a dump. I kept thinking maybe there's something I can do but after wind oils and swatting, the flies remain.

A nice chill stay after our long days under the sun. People around, but interspersed.

A nice quiet campground. Boat launch and a dock to look out at the lake and lilies. Beautiful sunset. No swimming.
Pit toilet, and trash.

Star link connected, but dropped out every 5 minutes for about 15 seconds each time.
